The Predator

A low growl could be heard; a rumble that came from deep within the predator like a distant storm approaching.

With milky grey eyes like miniature moons, the cat began to prowl stealthily out of the tall grass spying on its prey waiting to attack at the right moment to get its tea and go back home to feed the little cubs.

kindness is the way of life

PBL - Term 1

This term our Project Based Learning (PBL) has been about kindness and the big question was: How can we build community through our actions?

First, we explored some collaborative activities and discussed how we could include kindness and build a sense of community through our actions at camp. Next, we were organised into groups where we had to unpack the above question. In our groups we considered how we could spread community and kindness through our entire school community. We decided that we would offer something that was free and would make others happy.

We created an action plan and started of by writing down ideas that we thought of then found the best one and then realised that someone else had the same idea so we joined forces and made kindness cards with lollies and we gave them out on Tuesday. I was not there on the day but I know my team did it good.        

Reflection: 

For our final product our group made kindness cards with lollies.

How did our action build a sense of community in the school we gave them out to the kind people.

I contributed by I held to put the lollies in the cards.

I think the PBL might impact on others by being kind.

What I learned about working with others was hard at start but then I got used to it.
